Poinsettia Holiday Champagne Recipe

Poinsettia is the traditional red holiday flower of November and December. It's a poisonous flower to eat - but the liquid version here is quite yummy! This drink is red in color, and features the holiday flavor of cranberry!
1/4 shot triple sec
dash cranberry juice
Champagne
Put triple sec and cranberry juice into a Champagne flute. Add in Champagne to fill. Give a toast to family and friends, and enjoy!
Note that in my photo above I substitute in Cointreau. Triple Sec is a cheap orange liqueur, so I tend to substitute in Cointreau of Grand Marnier, which are higher end orange liqueurs.
