This champagne cocktail recipe has a kick to it - and also has a delicious berry flavor, too!
1/4 shot Creme de Cassis
1/4 shot lemon juice
1 shot Chambourd or other raspberry liqueur
2 shots vodka
Champagne
Creme de Cassis is a black currant brandy much loved by Hercule Poirot of Agatha Cristie mysteries fame. Chambourd comes in a ball shaped container that always reminds me of the Holy Hand Grenade in Monty Python's Holy Grail movie :)
Start with a Champagne flute. Add in the Creme de Cassis, lemon juice and Chambourd raspberry liqueur, then dump in the vodka for the power. Now add in Champagne to fill, and toast to the mysteries of life!
