The Palais Royal is the Royal Palace of France, home of many famous kings and queens throughout the centuries. Marie Antoinette, King Louis XIII, and many more lived in this royal palace. The Champagne cocktail named after this location is elegant and delicious.
1/2 shot Cognac
1/4 shot Cherry brandy
dash lemon juice
Champagne
Put a small amount of crushed ice into the bottom of a Champagne flute. Add in the cognac, cherry brandy and lemon juice. Then add Champagne to fill. Add a cherry and lemon slice as a garnish, and toast to the finer things in life!
