French 75s are famous cocktails that were even featured in Casablanca with Humphrey Bogart. A classic touch for any afternoon or evening!
1 shot gin
1/2 shot lime juice
1 tsp sugar
Champagne
Shake the gin, lime juice and sugar with ice cubes. Strain and pour into a Champagne flute. Pour Champagne on top, and garnish with a lemon twist.
