Champagne Cocktail Recipe List
1oz brandy or Cognac
1oz triple sec or blue curacao
8oz Champagne
This is a great Champagne recipe to stir up with various ingredients you might have in your bar. For the brandy part, any Brandy or Cognac variant will do. For the triple sec part, you can choose from triple sec, cointreau, blue cointreau or Grand Marnier. All of those are "orange flavored" drinks.
In the picture above I used the blue curacao, because with the yellowish tint of the Champagne the drink turns a gorgeous blue-green color.
Simply add all ingredients together and enjoy! Don't stir it, you'll stir out all the bubbles.
