Do you love the color blue? Blue is the color of the sky, of the oceans and rivers. Here is a way to bring blue into your celebration.
1oz blue curacao
Champagne
Put the blue curacao into a Champagnge flute. Add in the Champagne - and enjoy the color and the taste!
Some people call this a "Sapphire" because of its brilliant blue color. Note that the blue curacao is quite blue to start with - so it all depends on how "yellow" the sparkling wine you add it to is.
