In Spanish, Ague de Valencia means "Water of Valencia". Valencia is a famous city in Spain, known for its museums, universities and culture. This drink is traditionally made with Spanish Cava (i.e. sparkling wine) rather than French Champagne.
2 shots orange juice
1 shot Cointreau
1 tsp sugar
Cava sparkling wine
Add all into a flute glass, and enjoy!
